Bonnie by Iris Johansen

Finally!  By the end of the book, you know exactly how Eve’s daughter, Bonnie, died.  The mystery in this book is more about who is trustworthy, rather than who killed who.  The dead come to life in more ways than one, and the past lives of some are suspicious.  If you have never read one of the Eve books by Johansen, don’t start with this one.  If you haven’t read Eve or Quinn, I would recommend reading those before this one, too.  I missed Quinn, and some of the plot is confusing because of the omission.  She doesn’t spend much time on characterization here, so if you are not familiar with the characters, it will be a realllllllly dry read. As it is, I enjoyed it more for finding out what happened to Bonnie than the writing itself.
