The Lies that Bind by Kate Carlisle

This is another in the Bibliophile Mystery series, and I really liked it.  Brooklyn can’t figure out why so many people end up dead around her.  It’s really starting to freak her out.  Fortunately, she has a gorgeous secret agent pursuing her, a wonderful job teaching book making classes, and a commune to go home to when things are rough.  Her horrible boss is murdered, her archenemy is knocked out, someone takes a shot at an acquaintance…and she can’t figure out the common thread.  Between old friends and new, she finally learns what the connection is, but of course, the series could end right here if she’s killed before the killer can be captured.  A light read, and I’ll be looking for the next in the series.
